Tha Da Ma ZawTiKaDaZa,Badanta Pyin Nyar Tharra


Sayadaw was born in 1969 in the village located in Yaysagyo Tsp. of Magwe Division. The eldest of the two children born by U Tha Aung & Daw Khin Myint.Sayadaw at the age of 9 while studying in the fifth standard and because of the inspiration to study religion became a novice in the monastery headed by Sayadaw U Nyar Nein Da Ya from the same locality.
Sayadaw U Pyin Nyar Thara studied basic religious scriptures up to the age of 11 and after which in the year 1980 took up further religion studies at Mahagandayone Monastery in Amarapura Township of Mandalay Division. After passing relevant examination in the year 1981 Sayadaw took further studies in Sagaing Town at Mahathubanidar Yone monastery. In the year 1982 after passing primary and middle class examination held in Sagaing, Sayadaw proceeded to Aphyauk Township, Pakhanlay monastery of Ayeyarwady Division and studied further higher education on religion.
In the year 1989 after attaining age of 20 Sayadaw was ordained as full monk and in 1992 passed the examination of higher religious literatures. From the year 1993 to 1997 Sayadaw practiced meditation in Bago Division Tharyakone village, TaungThoneLone meditation center. In the year 1997 because of sheer respect to Sayadaw help and donation was given by local army, police authorities and villagers of FuGyi village ,Taikkyi township, Yangon division.
A small single story monastery building was built and offered to Sayadaw to carry on with his religious activities. Since then this monastery became home monastery to Sayadaw U Pyin Nyar Tharra.

Because of Sayadaw's teaching, blessing and holiness, respects paid by monks, nuns and the public has increased in numbers. Sayadaw was compelled to enlarge tutorial Hall, accommodations for monks and nuns and lastly renovation of historical pagoda "PANTAPWINT" situated on hill top.
