His parents are U Kyi San and Daw Tin Tin Aye. He is eldest son of his family. He passed ten standard form Practicing School Institute of Education at 2001. And he got Distinction in Mathematic subject.

He wants to be a computer technician since he was young. And his great hobby is singing. Phone Pye Oo got International Diploma in E-commerce (IDEC) and International Diploma in Computer Studied (IADCS) awarded by NCC education (UK). He was working as Web Developer in Myanmars.Net (Web Development Company) from 2005 Jun to 2006 Oct. He also won the First Prize of 5th Myanmar ICT Weeks' Web Design Competition.
